Run!

Today was pretty warm, so I decided to run outside.  I'm really looking forward to spring weather.  There is nothing more boring than running in circles around the track at the rec center; it takes twelve laps for a mile!  Even if I only want to run 3 miles, it is still 36 laps!  Thankfully, the weather was perfect today.
I was really glad to discover that Philadelphia has a trail just for running, walking and biking.  It's not difficult to get to either.  From the dorms, you simply run across the Spring Garden bridge towards the Art Museum, and when you are close, you'll find a ramp that leads down the river.  Next to the river is a trail that spans for 20.5 miles ("Schuylkill River Trail - Valley Forge to Philadelphia | Pennsylvania Trails TrailLink.com.")  It's definitely a place you should check out if you're a runner like me; running through traffic is not fun!
I don't know how they do it.  Running here bores me!

  1. I liked this post a lot, because as a non-runner myself I can use this information to find cool places in case I ever pick up the hobby. This past fall I ran a 5k (only race kind of thing i've ever done) but then just stopped running after, mostly because it got cold outside.
