Our Motivation

The majority of our group has found it difficult to exercise in college even though we were active in high school. Andrew started to exercise the first week of classes but was injured the second day. He was unable to walk for a majority of the first term and is currently finding it difficult to get back into the swing of things. Because of his schedule and difficulty in transitioning to college, Jordan has not been able to stick to a regular workout regimen. Phillip has actually been successful in exercising; he works out regularly and participates in intramural sports. We recognize that it is more difficult to exercise in college, whether it is because of lack of motivation, lack of a gym partner, or some other reason. With this blog, we not only wish to motivate Jordan and Andrew to exercise again, but hope to convince others to hit the gym as well.

  1. I, too, am now in the worst shape of my life. I played sports all throughout high school, and now I just feel lazy. I love how you guys are trying to motivate Drexel students and possibly college students everywhere to keep active. I hope you've got some tips to keep motivated and ways to exercise without making it seem like a chore. The best exercises are the ones where you're having fun!
